After several months hiatus where I’ve recovered my health due to fish oil therapy, I just wanted to say “HI!” Life has truly begun anew. Fibromyalgia and chronic back pain have been greatly relieved thanks to this wonder medicine of the natural world. And the research being done in excellent studies is bearing out the efficacy of fish oils. Osteo-arthritis has just been recently added to the many conditions in which fish oils can be helpful. This golden liquid (I take capsules) is packed with natural anti-inflammatories. Being allergic to all NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) I’ve had to put up with great amounts of pain since an auto accident 9 years ago.
