Not quite senior citizen but married to one. Spent a number of years as actor, director, playwright, producer and manager of my own company. A freeway accident forced me into early retirement. Subsequent chronic pain issues, fibromyalgia and sleep apnea have taught me the importance of patience and thankful for a optimistic outlook.
I knit, paint, write, spin wool into yarn, and words into tales that have nothing to do with sheep. I’m told I have a unique take on most things but don’t see how anyone could be anything other (I have yet to meet another me or anyone else I’ve ever known.) My point of view has been influenced by varied factors ranging from acting since I was 12 to widowhood at 28, motherhood, love, and a deep abiding spirituality that encompasses my feminism and pagan roots.
